District Sales Manager
Milwaukee/Madison, WI – Full-time

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and execute sales of Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau products.

Achieve sales plan for the assigned territory, which includes Wisconsin, parts of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, and Minnesota.

Develop and maintain relationships with all accounts.

Initiate and schedule orders with regional BSH inside sales.

Write and review RA’s, following regional BSH policies and procedures.

Coordinate returned goods for sale in the OTC department.

Handle all assigned regional credits and pricing errors.

Communicate Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau programs and procedures with Director, OM, RSM, and Irvine.

Maintain and develop product displays, including POP and cleanliness.

Gather and analyze competitive regional pricing and marketing programs.

Coordinate Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau training events and consumer demos.

Provide daily/weekly information flow to the RSM.

Maintain a database of accounts with sales performance, display achievements, and training schedules.

Coordinate and develop brand‑specific events and maintain product knowledge.

Trade Focused Activities

Develop and maintain relationships with key market influencers.

Coordinate joint sales calls with dealer sales teams focused on Trade.

Drive sales through dealer relationships with Designers, Architects, Builders, and Remodelers.

Identify and support key kitchen studios (manage and sell to these accounts).

Sell Bosch, Thermador, and Gaggenau brands to market influencers to become the project specification.

Focus on Single Family Home Builders independently and collaboratively with dealer partners.

Participate in national trade focused activities such as NAHB Builder 20 Meetings and CEU Classes.

Work with RBSM to identify project leads and prepare presentations.

Gather and analyze competitive Trade programming.

Participate in local Trade Association meetings (ASID, AIA, NKBA, NARI, NAHB).

Host trade meetings in BSH Showroom/Sales Center and dealer showrooms.

Implement market strategies to increase revenue in the builder channel with RSM and RBSM.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree – Preferred.

7–10 Years of experience in sales – Required.

Domestic travel required; can include overnight and weekends.

Must be able to drive daily within the territory.

Active driver’s license in good standing.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Time management skills.

Strong influencing skills.

Analytical skills with close attention to detail.

Strong training skills.

Experience in business‑to‑business sales.

Strong sales presentation skills.

Minimum two years of negotiating experience.

Proven sales track record of success.

Appliance experience preferred.

Must live in the territory and be willing to travel.

Travel percentage – 75%.

Pay & Benefits
Pay range: $77,659 – $103,546. Quarterly sales incentive with an incentive target of 67%.
