Our client, a luxury jewelry and timepiece brand, is seeking a driven
Private Client Advisor
with luxury watch and/or fine jewelry experience. This role is ideal for a confident sales closer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and is motivated by strong earning potential.

Compensation
Base salary $50,000–$65,000 + uncapped commission (On-Target Earnings: $75,000–$100,000+)
Schedule
Sunday- Friday 10:30 AM- 7:00PM.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing product expertise and personalized recommendations
Manage high-volume client communication via email and digital channels with accuracy and professionalism
Build and maintain deep product knowledge across evolving collections
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to products, websites, and policies
Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and identify client needs to drive sales
Handle sensitive client situations with diplomacy and discretion
Present offers and sales opportunities to Sales Management
Qualifications
Luxury watch and/or fine jewelry experience with an existing client book
required
Strong negotiation skills; flexible with hours as needed
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities
Technologically savvy with strong written communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office; bilingual a plus
