Role Description
The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site position located in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for driving property sales, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential and existing customers, delivering exceptional customer service, providing product and service information, and managing sales processes. You will also contribute to sales strategies, track progress toward goals, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage clients and provide solutions

Experience in Training and mentoring team members to support broader sales initiatives

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
