Role: Weekend shift. Schedule: Friday through Sunday, 6:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Salary: National range $62,500–$70,000. California $70,304–$82,000. Washington $80,169–$82,000.

Job Description
Serve as the primary liaison between order management and labor management, operations, and the customer. Spearhead wave matrix, wave rules, and production to the floor, as well as order research. Collaborate with operations to achieve SLA goals. Responsible for exception reporting for KPI misses and lead the team in continuous improvement processes.

Develop feasible master production schedules for finished goods and component items based on capacity requirements. Provide daily‑bucketed schedules by SKU to manufacturing and purchasing, and install production compliance metrics to measure performance. Participate in ERP implementation, maintenance, and compliance with online scheduling processes. Lead efforts to implement standard MP scheduling processes in accordance with MRPII methodology.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.

Communicate continuously with departments to ensure production priorities and shortfalls are addressed in a timely manner with limited impact on customer service.

Update the 13‑week master production schedule for the plant’s finished goods weekly.

Schedule requirements using the Production Planning Module.

Manage the production scheduling process to meet customers’ needs and expectations while optimizing the use of plant resources (e.g., staffing, equipment).

Lead the weekly scheduling meeting and present the proposed schedule, integrating other departments’ priorities and maintaining customer focus.

Partner with customer planners to understand expectations for accuracy, quality, and timeliness; develop and implement methods to exceed those expectations.

Assist with cycle counting and physical inventory processes to maintain accurate inventory accounting.

Perform daily and weekly tasks such as the Daily Attainment Report, Scrap Report, Capacity Tool, Bridge Forecast vs. Actual, Yield Opportunities, Labor Review with Operations, and maintain current Shop Order Process.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent four years of work experience.

Three or more years of scheduling experience.

One or more years of Adage ERP scheduling system experience.

Three or more years of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
