Job Overview
This role leads the tactical deployment of campaigns across multiple business lines to support marketing objectives. It directs the execution and optimization of strategies following industry guidelines and data‑driven insights. The role differentiates itself by leading cross‑functional collaboration and implementing test‑and‑learn methodologies across business units. Success is measured by the effectiveness and innovation of paid search programs in achieving performance targets. The work enhances organizational marketing impact and competitive positioning through improved operations.

Job Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Program Management:

Lead the day‑to‑day management of the enterprise TMUS affiliate team, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and growth across affiliate initiatives– while mentoring and motivating team members across varying backgrounds and locations.

Partnership Strategy & Execution:

Develop and maintain comprehensive go‑to‑market plans for affiliate partnerships, collaborating cross‑functionally to implement campaigns and critical initiatives.

Relationship Management:

Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with affiliate and performance partners, ensuring long‑term success and alignment with business objectives.

Performance Partnerships Growth:

Pioneer and scale T‑Mobile's performance partnership strategy to drive new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness.

Performance Optimization & Reporting:

Analyze campaign and partner performance data to find opportunities for optimization and communicate insights and recommendations to collaborators.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with internal media, marketing, analytics, IT, and cross‑functional teams to align strategic, creative, and analytical initiatives.

The Experience You'll Bring

Affiliate Marketing Expertise:

6+ years of experience in performance marketing with at least 4+ years owning or leading affiliate marketing programs.

Program Development Experience:

Proven experience launching new affiliate programs and scaling existing programs to drive measurable business outcomes.

Hands‑On Program Management:

Strong hands‑on experience managing day‑to‑day affiliate program operations and partner relationships.

Leadership & Mentorship:

Demonstrated experience mentoring, developing, and motivating teams with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Relationship Management Skills:

Strong communicator with the ability to build and manage relationships with internal collaborators and external partners.

Analytical Attitude:

Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail and a passion for translating data into actionable insights.

Organizational Excellence:

Ability to manage multiple priorities, juggle competing deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced hybrid work environment.

Technical & Platform Experience:

Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact is preferred.

Additional Preferred Experience:

Experience managing creators and influencer partnerships is a plus.

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's Degree OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)

Base Pay Range: $97,800 - $176,400

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
