You Will Be
The Fashion Coordinator will collaborate with creative partners across Content, Production, Design and Fashion Office Merchant teams to ensure merchandise is effectively prepared and executed for photo shoots. This role is responsible for managing both pre‑ and post‑production processes for digital and print marketing shoots. The coordinator will partner closely with cross‑functional teams, including Art Directors, Production, Buyers, and Stylists, to ensure shoots are efficiently planned, samples are secured, and creative objectives are successfully achieved.

You Will Do

Coordinate and schedule monthly digital and print shoots, aligning with marketing briefs and merchandising needs.

Create and maintain Merch Decks and Sample Trackers to manage product selection, shot counts, and sample statuses.

Liaise with buyers, vendors, and co‑op brands to confirm sample availability and track deliveries.

Organize and attend meetings with Art Directors and Creative teams for merchandise selection and story development.

Facilitate styling pull days, courier coordination, and visitor access logistics.

Attend BG photoshoots to ensure all styling guidelines are met, maintaining creative integrity while aligning with vendor expectations for the final image.

Post‑shoot, manage sample returns, track online usage, and deliver shoot recaps to the Creative Marketing team.

Ensure all required product credits are collected and documented for digital and print use.

You Will Bring
Required Qualifications

2 – 3 years experience in a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface with marketing/merchant teams on a regular basis

Ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant retail/production background is a plus

Innovative with a keen aesthetic sense and love of fashion

Ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities

Adaptive to change and tight deadlines

Pro‑active and able to show initiative

Experience in a photo studio a plus

Degree in Fashion or related area a plus
