re+PLAY is a performance‑focused CBD and hemp wellness brand centered on sports recovery. Founded by former NBA player Al Harrington, the company was created to support athletes and active individuals in managing discomfort and optimizing recovery. The product portfolio includes topical recovery gels and creams formulated with THC‑free CBD and other cannabinoids. These formulations are developed with input from athletes and certified trainers and are designed to support muscle recovery and post‑activity relief. The brand emphasizes quality‑driven, performance‑oriented products grounded in careful formulation and manufacturing standards.

About the Role
You will work closely with leadership team to coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, support content development, and assist with outreach and reporting activities. The position offers broad exposure to brand building and product commercialization within a small, execution‑focused team.

Key Responsibilities

Support execution of marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels

Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals with internal teams and vendors

Assist with social media content, email communications, and promotional materials

Conduct outreach to influencers, athletes, and community partners

Maintain marketing trackers, calendars, and campaign reports

Assist with product launches, events, and promotional logistics

Monitor basic performance metrics and prepare summary updates

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

1‑2 years of Marketing experience

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Clear communication and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment

Preferred

Experience in marketing or communications

Familiarity with social media platforms and content coordination

Interest in fitness, sports or wellness products
