Responsibilities:

The Marketing and Community Relations Coordinator plays a dynamic role in building meaningful connections between the agency and the community it serves. This position drives outreach efforts that strengthen relationships, share impactful stories, and expand opportunities for the people we support. The Coordinator leads the agency's social media presence, websites, and print materials across departments, develops press releases, and brings our mission to life through creative messaging. In addition, this role plans and executes engaging fundraising and community events and collaborates on grant-writing efforts-helping fuel growth, visibility, and long‑term impact throughout the community.
Marketing and Community Relations Coordinator Qualifications:

At least three (3) years of Marketing experience required.
Grant writing experience preferred. Experience navigating and maintaining popular social media platforms required.
Experience working for a non-profit Agency preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Experience with website design and maintenance preferred.
Knowledge of OPWDD Services and experience working with adults with disabilities.

Scheduled Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4 pm

Occasional work outside of hours needed for agency and after-hours events

Full Time:

37.5 Hours per week

Oswego County - Fulton, NY

Hourly Rate:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience
