Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Healthcare Marketing Manager with direct nutraceutical and healthcare practitioner (HCP) channel experience. This is a highly hands‑on role for someone who understands both strategic marketing and tactical execution and can operate effectively in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The ideal candidate is not someone who simply manages agencies or large teams. This person must be capable of developing messaging, writing copy, executing campaigns, and driving HCP business growth directly while working with lean budgets and limited internal resources.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who has experience within established corporate environments but also knows how to move quickly, execute independently, and deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing initiatives targeting healthcare practitioners

Create marketing messaging, promotional content, and campaign copy across multiple channels

Support HCP business growth through practical, results‑driven marketing initiatives

Work closely with outsourced medical writing and graphic design partners to execute projects efficiently

Manage marketing initiatives from concept through execution with a focus on speed and accountability

Support brand positioning, product messaging, and overall market strategy

Operate effectively within lean budgets while maximizing marketing performance and ROI

What You Bring

5+ years of healthcare marketing experience required; 10+ years preferred

Direct nutraceutical experience through healthcare practitioner channels required

Strong copywriting and messaging development skills

Ability to execute marketing initiatives independently without reliance on large teams or agencies

Experience balancing corporate professionalism with entrepreneurial execution

Proven ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and deliver results

Strong understanding of HCP-focused marketing strategies and tactical tools
