Production Mixing / Panel Coating Operator
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in Mishawaka within the Industrial industry.
Position Summary:
The Production Mixing / Panel Coating Operator is responsible for preparing material mixtures and applying coatings to panels in a production setting. This role ensures consistency, quality, and adherence to safety and production standards.

10 hour shifts with overtime 6:30am - 5 pm
Pay range of $20-25hr
Key Responsibilities:

Measure and mix raw materials according to formulas and specifications
Operate mixing equipment and coating machinery
Apply coatings evenly to panels using designated processes
Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure standards are met
Maintain proper documentation of materials and production batches
Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in manufacturing, mixing, or coatings preferred
Ability to follow detailed instructions and formulas
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in fast-paced production environments
Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
