Senior Project Architect
PRDG architecture + design is an architectural firm that specializes in high-end residential design. Current projects include full apartment renovations and ground up homes throughout the Hamptons, NYC and Seattle, as well as California and Miami. We are seeking a qualified architect with exceptional drafting skills willing to work in a unique, creative environment. Starting immediately, the position offered is full-time, working in-office, and partially remote at this time.

Salary : $97,000 - $120,000 annually

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture

High-end residential experience in the NYC and Hamptons areas

10+ years experience including project management and organization skills in all phases (schematic design through construction administration)

Ability to interact graciously with clients, consultants and contractors to follow through with design intent

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

High proficiency in AutoCAD drafting and Construction Documents

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop)

Knowledge of NYC and NY state codes and filing process, as well as experience with DOB and Building Management approval process

Clear, upbeat communication and writing skills

Desire to work in a friendly office environment that is organized and efficient
