Product Developer - Raleigh, NC

The Role
This role is responsible for supporting the design, development, and execution of seasonal product lines from concept through production readiness. This role’s primary focus is creating product CADs, building accurate tech packs, and managing product details throughout the development process. The position also owns the creation and execution of seasonal line books and sales materials, ensuring products are presented accurately and delivered on time.

Product Development & Technical Design

Create and maintain high-quality tech packs for a wide range of products from design inception using Adobe Illustrator.

Build, update, and manage detailed tech packs with construction details, artwork placement, and revisions.

Communicate with factories regarding tech pack updates, development changes, sample comments, timelines, and approvals.

Seasonal Sales Material Needs

Organize swatches, samples, and product materials for use in sales presentations and rep support.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with design, sales, production, and leadership teams to meet seasonal milestones.

Maintain organization across multiple categories and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Support team initiatives and assist in problem‑solving throughout the development cycle.

Position

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, apparel merchandising, textile technology, or related fields.

2+ years of experience in apparel product development, technical design, or related field preferred.

Advanced Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Excellent organization and project management skills, cost negotiation, and cross‑functional team collaboration.

Strong communication skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.

Strong team mindset.
