Rochester Regional Health is seeking an Onboarding and Experience Specialist to facilitate onboarding for new team members. This role involves creating a welcoming environment, managing the onboarding process, and addressing feedback from new hires. Applicants should have 2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships. The pay range is between $19.75 and $23.00 per hour with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, on-site at Riedman Campus.
