Summary
You will support the Availability Team by executing our digital strategy for our retail partners. This will include product page content executions, product reviews analysis, product launch status updates, and retailer content audits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and will have experience executing and optimizing product listings at Amazon, Best Buy, Target, or Walmart. They need a clear understanding of what it takes to optimize listings, leverage reviews, and use unique product features to drive performance. Primary responsibilities will be executing digital strategies across our key accounts with the goal of improving digital conversion and page traffic. This role requires skills in digital marketing and cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, creative and strategic thinking, and a passion for educating shoppers through content.
Responsibilities
Retailer Product Display Page (PDP) content execution and analysis to improve conversion rate
Maintain and audit site listings for accuracy and best in class representation
Audit and analyze product reviews and Q&As to identify additional PDP content opportunities
Item setups for product launches
Utilize A/B testing to evolve and iterate the online product and purchase experience
Participation in status calls where you may lead discussion around strategy, tactics and performance.
Conduct regular performance analysis, account audits, and proactively optimize PDPs to maximize Conversion and achieve desired outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with goals and objectives.
Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve PDP effectiveness and drive innovation.
Communicate effectively with the availability team to provide updates, insights, and recommendations for PDP optimization and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of hands‑on digital channel marketing experience
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Highly organized and detail-focused
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is required

Product Listing Optimization: A thorough comprehension of product content best practices and familiarity with unique retailer requirements
Attention to Detail: An eye for detail in auditing and structuring content and data.
Communication Skills: Effective at working with diverse groups and explaining complex technical details in understandable terms.

Work experience with Consumer Electronics or Music Instruments a plus
