Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Revenue and Marketing team. This is a role built for someone who is at the start of their career and ready to get their hands into the work across both Parallelle and BagWorksNY, our sister brand specializing in custom bags and accessories for the corporate gifting and promotional market.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with our Director of Revenue to support the execution of paid media campaigns, maintain performance data across both brands, and handle the day-to-day operational tasks that keep our marketing and eCommerce functions moving. This role is ideal for someone who is analytically minded, thrives in a detail-oriented environment, and is eager to build real fluency in performance marketing, eCommerce operations, and wholesale support within a fast-moving, brand-driven company. A background in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant internship experience or early exposure to digital platforms.

As the business continues to scale, including expansion into international markets, this is an opportunity to grow alongside a brand where your contributions are visible and your development is genuine. The right person will come in hungry to learn, take ownership of their work, and build the kind of foundation that opens doors.

Help ensure creative assets are organized and ready ahead of campaign launches

Manage and organize in-office samples to ensure proper tracking and availability

Support in-person events, pop-ups, and trade shows including booth setup and buyer engagement

Compile competitive research and market trend summaries to support both marketing and wholesale strategy

Exposure to paid media platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager through coursework, an internship, or independent work is a plus

Familiarity with Shopify, even at a basic or internship level, is helpful

Basic familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or similar is a plus

Exposure to Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution tools is a bonus and something we are happy to train the right person on

A foundational understanding of performance marketing concepts such as ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate signals the right curiosity for this role, even if gained through coursework or self-directed learning

Exposure to inventory planning tools such as Inventory Planner by Sage or NetSuite Demand Planning is a plus

Familiarity with SEO and AEO concepts is a plus; experience with tools like Profound is a bonus

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms
