Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on AV / Video Conferencing Support Engineer to provide white-glove support for enterprise conference room technologies and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) environments. The ideal candidate will support executive-level users, troubleshoot AV and conferencing systems, and assist with Cisco-to-Microsoft Teams Room migrations across multiple office locations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite support for conference rooms, AV systems, and video conferencing technologies

Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)

Support Microsoft Teams Admin Center and Call Quality Dashboard (CQD)

Assist with migration of Cisco conference rooms to Microsoft Teams Rooms

Troubleshoot AV equipment, displays, conferencing devices, and room hardware

Monitor and troubleshoot performance using tools such as Thousand Eyes

Deliver white-glove support to executives and business users

Support occasional after-hours or weekend maintenance activities

Travel between multiple Charlotte office locations as needed

Required Skills

Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Admin Center

Experience with Call Quality Dashboard (CQD)

AV and video conferencing troubleshooting experience

Experience with Cisco Control Hub

Strong customer-facing and communication skills

Ability to work onsite full-time

Preferred Skills

Experience with large-scale conference room deployments or migrations

Knowledge of ThousandEyes or observability tools

Experience supporting Cisco and Microsoft Teams hybrid conferencing environments

Pay Range
$40 - $42

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
