About the role
Synthesia is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join us in the US. You will be tasked with generating, establishing, and closing opportunities within your designated Enterprise accounts (1000–10,000 employees). You will report to one of our Regional Heads of Enterprise Sales and play a key role in achieving ambitious revenue goals for the year. Candidates based in NYC, Texas, or Denver are preferred, but the position is open to applicants from other East or Central time zones.
What you’ll be doing
Run the full sales cycle with Enterprise customers from cold outreach to close.
Build account plans, identify top targets, and take full ownership of your pipeline.
Use MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and assess risk throughout the funnel.
Sell across multiple lines of business (HR, L&D, Customer Care, Marketing).
Expand Synthesia’s footprint in existing accounts to additional teams.
Manage all sales activities in the CRM (Salesforce).
We’d love to hear from you if you have
Successful outbound sales experience closing Enterprise‑sized accounts.
Presentation of a product‑demo style value‑based sales approach and strong outbound prospecting skills.
The ability to identify client pain points and develop compelling ROI‑focused value propositions.
Experience in a reputable, methodical sales environment, ideally using MEDDPICC, CoM, or similar frameworks.
Strong business acumen and proven ability to build business value and champions across organisations.
Thriving in rapid‑growth settings.
Executive presence paired with exceptional verbal and written English.
