Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Business Development based in the United States of America, yet especially in the great cities of New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, & Miami, as well as in International CONCORDE hubs, like Hong Kong, Riyadh, Singapore, Chengdu, Beijing, Xian, Canton, Mumbai, etc. The role involves selling airplanes, selling services, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading strategic partnerships, creating business planning initiatives, making deals, recruiting, overseeing contract negotiation processes, and driving ticket sales efforts. The VP will also be responsible for fostering strong client relationships and managing key accounts, ensuring long-term growth and success for the company.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in Sales, New Business Development and Business Planning
Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Sales
Experience in Account Management with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to strategize and drive results
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
Experience in a leadership role, preferably within the business development domain
