We Offer:

Minimum $800.00 per week guaranteed

Earning potential with commissions and bonuses up to $80,000 annually in your first role as a Product Sales Specialist

Opportunity to advance into a Sales Specialist position with earning potential up to $200,000 annually after completing the 90-Day Training Program

5‑day work week

Important Job Requirements:

Must be able to work weekends

9 to 11‑hour shifts required

Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions

2 to 3 years of customer service and/or sales experience in a high‑volume industry

Background in hospitality or retail is a plus; individuals who thrive in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments and have flexible schedules perform best

Sales or management experience preferred

No dealership experience necessary (we provide paid training and mentoring)

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Customer focused

Energetic

Self‑motivated

Job Responsibilities:

Build relationships with customers and identify their needs

Present and demonstrate vehicle features, including test drives

Achieve daily, weekly, and/or monthly sales goals

Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism

Perform other duties as assigned
