Your Impact
As a Junior Account Executive, you will be at the start of your closing journey. This is a role designed for experienced outbound SDRs or early‑career AEs who are ready to own their pipeline and grow into full‑cycle sellers. You will start by driving top‑of‑funnel activity, then transition to running your own demos, with the opportunity to be promoted to a full Account Executive role and receive SDR support once you graduate from training.
Training and Development
From day one, you will be immersed in a proven sales playbook and hands‑on coaching environment. You will learn:
Medvelle’s outbound prospecting methodology and qualification framework
Live talk track development through call coaching and shadowing
How to source, run, and close your own deals from first touch to signed contract
Clear promotion path to AE, with many reps promoted in approximately 6 months based on performance
In addition to our immersive training program, you will continue to receive ongoing coaching and support throughout your career at Medvelle.

New York City (in office Monday through Friday)
What We Are Looking For
0 to 2 years of experience as an SDR in an outbound sales, SaaS SMB, or mid‑market environment, with a strong emphasis on qualification and discovery
OR recent graduate with strong demonstrated interest in sales or competitive positions (internships, gym membership sales, leadership, student organizations, athletics)
Proven ability to handle high‑volume outbound activity and qualify pipeline
Interest in building a full‑cycle sales career
Highly coachable, competitive, and curious with a strong internal drive
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and motivated by ownership
Day to Day
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective Medvelle clients
High‑volume outbound activity (typically 50+ calls/day during ramp, decreasing as you take on demos and maintain conversion rate targets)
Qualify accounts and build pipeline across med spas, aesthetic practices, and wellness businesses
Shadow closing calls and gradually take on your own full demos as soon as your fourth month
Utilize Salesforce to manage your pipeline and track prospect conversations
Receive coaching and development sessions from Sales leadership
Attend industry conferences and events as needed to support business development efforts (limited travel required, but expected)
Work toward promotion to AE role with full closing ownership, SDR and Marketing support
