We're here because we want someone awesome to join our crew: a rockstar Digital Strategist who will play a role in implementing and optimizing brand communications strategies grounded in digital and social, leading key team members in the planning and development of digital executions, and overseeing the day-to-day creation of digital programs.
This position will report to the VP of Social Media Strategy and work closely with internal client teams across video production, event production, PR, and influencer management to develop innovative programming that engages, builds brands, and achieves measurable ROI results.

Duties & Responsibilities
SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY
Demonstrate strong social media and digital understanding and the ability to effectively communicate these ideas, strategy, and content to internal team members and clients.
Be social media obsessed, up on what’s happening across channels, new and emerging channels and platform updates as well as the ability to convert that knowledge into trend reports, one-pagers and updates to communicate to clients.
Collaborate with the Analytics and Measurement team to take data and develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations for insights, competitive reports, and strategic POV.
Develop briefs and pull in necessary colleagues/departments to activate against. Helps develop, present, and execute digital strategies to address those client briefs.
Know what’s happening in pop culture, media and the industry and how it relates to social media. Understanding of social listening, why we need it, and how it benefits our work and our clients.
CREATIVE IDEATION and PRODUCTION
Develop creative ideas and content calendars backed by data and recent trends and execute them for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and other social media channels.
Copywriting for social media content.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions and Convert into larger creative thinking and social media strategy.
Testing and learning for new social media platforms.
Content creation abilities including in-platform editing, TikTok and IG Reels, and Stories.
Understand and provide creative social direction and content for integrated accounts that often start with PR initiatives.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT and OTHERS
Support the management of relationships with external vendors or partners (e.g., TikTok, Sprout, etc.).
Community management of clients’ social media channels.
Collaborate with the team in developing internal presentations, input, client-facing agency POV/strategic foundation, and research.
Partner with your team and cross-discipline teams, account management leads and team members, new business development, and creative to generate strategies and concepts to support the client's business goals and objectives.
Contribute to pitch decks with account teams that address client strategy and tactical concerns.
Support in business development opportunities as required.
Desired Skills and Experience
2-5 years of hands‑on experience in a digital, social strategy role, with responsibilities including managing communities, content creation, and optimization, influencer marketing, listening, and insights.
Deep understanding of the digital communications landscape and a passion for all things digital and social.
Ability to create strategies based on the client's business and communication objectives and translate them to ideas or tactics fit for social media.
Passion and comfort in content creation for social‑first mediums.
Strong copywriting skills and ability to self‑edit following rules of grammar and required tone of voice.
Strong communication skills: written and verbal communication, presentations, and meeting facilitation in both individual and group settings.
Detail‑oriented, flexible, and willing to work in a fast‑paced, demanding client‑focused environment.
Strong follow‑through and drive towards set deadlines.
Extensive experience with social media engagement and messaging.
Works well with others; is a collaborative team player who excels in a group setting.
Self‑starter and ability to self‑manage: you will work closely with the internal team, but we will rely on you to keep your deadlines on our fast‑paced calendar of projects and manage your clients independently.
