Seeking an experienced AIOps professional to lead enterprise AIOps strategy, governance, and operational analytics initiatives. The role focuses on implementing AI-driven IT operations, establishing model lifecycle governance, and improving operational efficiency through proactive monitoring and analytics.

Roles and Responsibilities

Define and implement enterprise AIOps strategy and operating model.

Establish governance frameworks for AI/ML model lifecycle management.

Define, monitor, and report on KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.

Enable proactive incident detection, root cause analysis (RCA), and operational optimization.

Collaborate with IT, AI CoE, operations, and business teams to drive AIOps adoption.

Support continuous improvement of operational analytics and automation capabilities.

Ensure alignment of AIOps initiatives with enterprise standards and business objectives.

Required Skills

Strong experience in AIOps strategy and implementation.

Knowledge of AI/ML model lifecycle governance and operationalization.

Expertise in operational metrics, analytics, KPI, and SLA management.

Experience with incident management, monitoring, and root cause analysis.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with enterprise IT operations and AI platforms.

Knowledge of observability, automation, and monitoring tools.
