Seeking an experienced AIOps professional to lead enterprise AIOps strategy, governance, and operational analytics initiatives. The role focuses on implementing AI-driven IT operations, establishing model lifecycle governance, and improving operational efficiency through proactive monitoring and analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Define and implement enterprise AIOps strategy and operating model.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI/ML model lifecycle management.
- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
- Enable proactive incident detection, root cause analysis (RCA), and operational optimization.
- Collaborate with IT, AI CoE, operations, and business teams to drive AIOps adoption.
- Support continuous improvement of operational analytics and automation capabilities.
- Ensure alignment of AIOps initiatives with enterprise standards and business objectives.

- Strong experience in AIOps strategy and implementation.
