Responsibilities
Partner with sales and marketing leadership to define and execute marketing automation strategy aligned to business goals
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, and IT teams
Manage marketing automation platforms (Dynamics, HubSpot, Pardot, SFMC, Braze, Emarsys) to ensure proper setup and performance
Design and execute automated campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including email, lead nurturing, and workflows
Manage data, segmentation, list management, and data quality across automation platforms and integrated technologies (e.g., CDP)
Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve results and efficiency
Collaborate with channel and content teams to deliver digital marketing strategies that communicate brand value across relevant channels
Support lead capture and nurturing programs across digital touchpoints
Align digital marketing execution with product priorities and business initiatives
Develop and execute marketing automation strategies with cross-functional partners
Support key digital marketing initiatives and product priorities
Build automated workflows including email campaigns, landing pages, and supporting assets
Streamline processes through effective use of marketing automation tools
Deliver market‑leading customer experience across digital marketing platforms
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in digital marketing
3+ years of hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs
3+ years of experience with platforms like Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, SFMC, Braze or Emarsys
Strong data management, analytical, and communication skills
Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation integrations
Ability to analyze performance data and generate insights
Experience improving marketing processes and automation effectiveness
Data management and analysis
Strong cross‑functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
