The Multi-Manager Client Group is responsible for managing relationships with our most strategic multi‑manager hedge fund clients utilizing 1:1 expert calls and our full suite of content solutions. These accounts represent significant existing and long‑term revenue opportunity.

Position Overview
The Senior Relationship Manager will own a portfolio of high-value clients, developing and executing short-, medium-, and long‑term engagement strategies that drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires deep understanding of how multi‑manager investment teams operate and the ability to position Third Bridge as a trusted research partner embedded in their workflow.

What You’ll Do

Lead virtual and in‑person meetings with Analysts, Senior Analysts, Portfolio Managers, and Strategy Heads across Equity L/S, Credit, and Event‑Driven strategies

Develop and execute structured quarterly engagement plans (user targeting, sector prioritization, feedback tracking)

Build, develop, and manage senior stakeholder relationships to drive long‑term partnerships

Introduce new users to Third Bridge capabilities to accelerate product adoption and stickiness

Consistently communicate and demonstrate value across all stages of the client lifecycle

Revenue Growth & Commercial Execution

Source a minimum of 10 new expert call projects per week aligned to client research priorities

Drive revenue expansion through proactive expert recommendations and targeted outreach

Conduct ongoing retention and risk analysis across your book of business

Partner closely with the Strategic Account Manager to align engagement strategy with renewal and growth objectives

Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Connections and Content teams to unlock incremental revenue

Strategic Advisory & Market Partnership

Develop fluency in each client’s investment philosophy, decision‑making cadence, and portfolio priorities

Monitor market developments and hedge fund trends to remain highly relevant in client conversations

Identify root causes of client challenges and implement structured, data‑informed solutions

Act as the voice of the client internally, sharing qualitative and quantitative feedback to influence product development and roadmap priorities

Advocate for feature enhancements that improve repeat use cases and client workflow integration

What You’ll Bring

Strong intellectual curiosity about financial markets and multi‑manager fund dynamics

Comfortable engaging senior investment professionals across varying strategies and asset classes

Proven ability to own and grow a strategic client book within a commercial environment

Highly organized with the ability to balance long‑term account planning with near‑term execution

Commercially driven with a clear understanding of revenue impact and performance metrics

Persistent and proactive in outreach (phone, email, and in‑person engagement)

Strategic mindset with disciplined follow‑through

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to consult with senior stakeholders and develop tailored account strategies

Experience navigating large, complex investment organizations preferred

What Success Looks Like
You proactively and creatively engage top accounts through planned in‑person meetings, structured outreach, and value‑driven communication

You consistently hit or exceed project sourcing targets

You materially increase user activation, engagement depth, and revenue across your client portfolio

You gather actionable client feedback well in advance of renewal cycles

You demonstrate strong product fluency and deep client understanding within your first 90 days

You immerse yourself in market news, fund performance, team moves, and capital allocation trends to build credibility and relevance in every client interaction

How You Will Be Rewarded

Salary: $75,000-80,000 basic dependent on experience + commission scheme

Vacation: 15 days (which increases to 20 days after 2 years of service) plus US Holidays
