Associate, Account Management - CPE - NYC
New York, USA

Third Bridge is a leading global research firm established in 2007, with a team of over 1,500 employees worldwide dedicated to

fueling decisions with expert insights . We accelerate and enhance decision‑making for investors and business leaders by unearthing unique expert insights across multiple sectors, geographies, and topics.

For nearly 20 years, we’ve helped clients access knowledge on demand from experts, in‑person and through our Library covering over 65,000 companies.

We’re looking for a commercially driven Client Success Associate who wants to raise the bar.

You will manage and grow relationships with some of the most sophisticated Credit investors in the US market. This is not a passive support role. You will be expected to proactively activate users, drive expert call engagement, and contribute directly to revenue growth within your assigned book.

You’ll work alongside Account Managers, but you will own activation, engagement, and pipeline momentum. If you want exposure to how Credit funds actually deploy capital and you’re motivated by measurable impact, this role offers real responsibility from day one.

What you'll do:

Own activation and engagement KPIs across your assigned Credit book (CLOs, BDCs, private credit, leveraged finance, special situations)

Execute structured outreach cadences to increase transcript usage and expert call volume

Identify and source new expert call opportunities aligned to client mandates

Proactively uncover new user and product opportunities within existing accounts

Drive trial engagement and convert trial users into recurring, active users

Monitor account health metrics including activation, call activity, renewal risk, and revenue contribution

Prepare targeted expert and transcript recommendations tied to client strategy and market developments

Lead client calls confidently, ask probing questions, and position solutions effectively

Collaborate daily with your Account Manager and Project Managers to execute account growth plans

Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, activity reporting, and dashboard tracking

Operate with urgency in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment

What will you bring:

Experience in a client‑facing, quota‑bearing, or commercially accountable role

Demonstrated history of hitting performance targets in a structured environment

Strong verbal communicator comfortable leading client calls and asking thoughtful, commercial questions

Curious about credit markets and how investment teams generate alpha

Comfortable discussing emerging AI tools and how they impact investment research workflows

Curious about how technology is reshaping credit investing and willing to stay ahead of it

Comfortable engaging directly with Associates, VPs, and investment professionals

Highly organized with strong follow‑through and personal accountability

Commercially driven and motivated by measurable outcomes

Comfortable working with dashboards, CRM systems, and performance data

Resilient, persistent, and energized by high standards

How will you be rewarded?

Base Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 + OTE

Vacation: 15 days (which increases to 20 days after 2 years of service) plus US Holidays

Learning: personal development allowance of $1,150 per year.

Future and family: 401K matching up to 5% of your base salary, life insurance, a long‑term disability policy dependent care FSA and pet insurance.

Flexibility: work from anywhere for one month per year, 2 annual volunteer days, and 2 personal days when life throws you a curveball
