Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF), a global architecture firm headquartered in New York City, is hiring a Marketing / New Business Coordinator. The position will report to the Head of Marketing.

Salary:

$60,000 - $75,000 annually

Responsibilities

Lead the production and coordination of requests for proposals and qualification responses, including designing layouts, leading meetings, and creating content.

Design and produce presentations, portfolios, and brochures in support of new business efforts.

Write and edit marketing content, including staff CVs, project descriptions, and proposal text.

Coordinate and produce award submissions.

Assist in maintaining and organizing written and visual marketing content databases.

Qualifications

A degree in architecture, urban planning, or design is preferred.

2‑5 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong writing and editing skills.

Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple deadlines effectively.

A keen graphic design sense.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
