Campaign Manager, Programmatic Sales Operations

The Programmatic Sales Operations team works side‑by‑side with the planning and sales team to ensure that advertising campaigns run smoothly and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
Conduct live troubleshooting calls with clients to provide spec resolution.
Lead the political workflow to ensure creatives are properly reviewed and deals are functioning as intended.
Attend weekly Local POD meetings to ensure sales, planning, and operations are in lockstep.
Set up regularly cadenced reporting to identify trends among creative failures within various ad distributors/DSPs.
Seek to gain knowledge within the programmatic ecosystem to better support internal and external partners.
Ensure media is delivered to published specifications and lead time.
Directly interact with the Programmatic Sales Team and clients to ensure campaign fulfillment.
Possess functional knowledge of trafficking programmatic deals in FreeWheel, OperativeOne and Google Ad Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required.
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations.
Familiarity with programmatic advertising.
Eligibility Requirements
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
Desire to work in the entertainment media industry, which requires availability during weekends for political coverage.
Must be 18 years or older.
Desired Characteristics
Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience trafficking in an ad server (Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel).
Familiarity with programmatic advertising.
Fluency in the language of digital media: impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, etc.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
Keen problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Organized and detail‑oriented with great attention to accuracy.
Additional Information
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000.
