JOB SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Coordinator supports the day‑to‑day execution of sales, product, and retail account activities within the Decko Products business unit. This role serves as a key point of coordination between Sales, Product Management, Operations, and national retail customers to ensure accurate data, timely communication, and smooth execution.

This is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented role focused on supporting business operations, maintaining systems, and assisting with product and sales initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to Sales leadership and the Decko business unit

Prepare sales presentations, line reviews, proposals, and customer communications

Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and activity data in NetSuite and CRM systems

Assist with pricing updates, quote preparation, and promotional program execution

Track sales opportunities and follow up on customer requests as needed

Retail Account Support

Support onboarding of new products for national retail accounts, including item setup and documentation

Serve as primary contact for retailer inquiries and help coordinate issue resolution

Coordinate orders, inventory tracking, and fulfillment follow‑ups

Help maintain retailer requirements, scorecards, and vendor compliance documentation

Product Management Support

Assist with product lifecycle activities, including launches, updates, and discontinuations

Support coordination across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams

Maintain accurate product data, including specifications, pricing, and SKU setup in NetSuite

Assist in developing and distributing product materials and sales tools

Reporting & Commercial Operations

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards

Track key metrics such as sales trends, inventory levels, and promotional performance

Support demand planning and forecasting activities

Maintain organized records of pricing, contracts, and retailer requirements

Comp Shop reporting and market analysis for internal Product Team and external buyers

Cross‑Functional Coordination

Act as liaison between Sales, Product, Operations, and external retail partners

Ensure timelines, deliverables, and follow‑ups are completed on schedule

Identify and help resolve operational inefficiencies or process gaps

Strategic & Project Support

Support product launches, retailer initiatives, and business unit projects

Conduct basic market and competitive research

Provide ad‑hoc reporting and support to leadership as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience: 2‑4 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or commercial operations
