Dash’s Market is looking to fill a full time position for a CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK MANAGER
This position working at & managing our customer service desk involves answering incoming phone calls, assisting customers with lottery, Western Union, bill paying, and return assistance.
*This position involves balancing daily and weekly sales and requires computer skills. Applicants must have some experience in the bookkeeping area.
Managing this department involves training, developing and scheduling a small team
Applicants must be able to work as early as 5am & have open availability, including weekends.
Shift times vary, depending on store needs.
