Chemical Mixing OperatorChagrin Falls, OH1st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM, Monday - Friday, Occasional Overtime and Weekends RequiredThe Production Operator II supports chemical manufacturing operations by safely mixing, processing, and packaging products according to established procedures. This role ensures product quality through accurate execution, inspection, and documentation. The position works closely with operations and quality teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.Primary ResponsibilitiesPrepare and verify raw materials by correct weight, type, and batch/lot numberOperate mixing equipment following approved work instructionsMonitor process parameters and collect product samplesRecord production data to meet traceability and compliance requirementsPackage finished products according to documented specificationsPerform visual and quality inspections against defined standardsIdentify and report labeling or specification discrepanciesMaintain clean, safe, and organized work areas while following EHS proceduresMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED2+ years as a Production Operator or 3+ years in a manufacturing environmentAbility to read and follow work orders, safety rules, and quality proceduresPrevious experience in a chemical manufacturing environmentAuthorized to work in the U.S. and available for shift workPreferred RequirementsPrevious experience in a chemical manufacturing environmentBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to communicate basic information in EnglishAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasksPay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is $23/hr to $25/hr based on experience.In addition to your salary, H.B.
