About the Role
We are looking for a
Public Relations Coordinator
to support the growth of
TikTok Shop and influencer marketing programs
. This role focuses on managing large-scale creator campaigns, supporting live shopping initiatives, and driving influencer engagement across TikTok and other social platforms.
You will work closely with PR, Social, Marketing, and TikTok teams to execute high-volume influencer campaigns and ensure strong performance tracking, reporting, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day execution of TikTok Shop creator campaigns
Source, vet, and onboard 300–1000+ creators per campaign
Coordinate and manage 12+ influencer campaigns annually
Create and manage campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables
Oversee creator communications, approvals, and troubleshooting
Manage sample requests and track $200K+ sampling budgets
Review and approve creator content (hundreds of videos per campaign)
Track influencer deliverables, content, and performance metrics
Ensure timely execution and campaign compliance
Analyze creator performance and campaign KPIs
Create weekly performance reports and share insights with stakeholders
Identify top-performing creators, products, and content trends
Support TikTok LIVE shopping initiatives (lo-fi and high-production)
Assist in planning live content calendars and creator participation
Collaborate with creative and social teams for live activations
Partner with PR, Social Media, Marketing, Paid Media, and TikTok teams
Contribute to strategy discussions and campaign optimization
Stay updated on TikTok trends, cultural moments, and platform updates
Must-Have Experience
Experience in influencer marketing or creator relations
Hands‑on experience sourcing, vetting, and managing creators
Familiarity with TikTok or TikTok Shop campaigns
Understanding of campaign execution, tracking, and reporting
Skills
Excellent communication and relationship management
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Ability to analyze influencer performance metrics
Detail-oriented and able to manage high-volume campaigns
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Nice to have
Experience with affiliate or performance-based influencer marketing
Exposure to fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and dashboards
