Position Overview
The Launch Program Coordinator role will provide administrative and coordinated support for new product launches within the Innovation team. This role focuses on organizing information, maintaining project documentation and timelines, and supporting cross-functional workflows under the direction of the Associate Launch Program Manager. This role plays a critical part in keeping launch execution organized, visible, and on track.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions
Project & Process Support: Maintain project trackers, timelines, and action/risk logs in Smartsheet; update launch documentation based on inputs from cross-functional partners; ensure project files, briefs, and meeting materials are current and well‑organized; track deliverables and follow‑up on open action items.
Meeting & Communication Support: Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars for launch‑related discussions; prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and distribute recaps; serve as a point of contact for basic project status questions.
Executional Assistance: Support the Associate Launch Program Manager with day‑to‑day administrative tasks; assist with post‑launch documentation and project closeout activities; manage item setup for all NPD projects; flag missing information, delays, or inconsistencies for escalation.
Miscellaneous: Complies with all company policies and procedures and operates all equipment in a safe and food‑safe manner; complies with Bob’s Red Mill food safety policies and procedures including adherence to FDA regulations, Safe Quality Food (SQF) Standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs); responsible for reporting food safety and quality concerns to Supervisors and/or Department Manager; performs other duties and tasks as assigned.

This position reports to the Senior Innovation Marketing Manager.

Education and Experience
1+ years of project management experience; AND
1+ years of CPG experience; AND
A bachelor's degree in business communications, or a related field; OR
Any combination of education and additional years of experience that provides the necessary skills, knowledge, and ability to perform assigned tasks.
Physical Demands
Position requires the ability to sit for up to approximately two hours at a time.
May be required to occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment
The primary work environment for this position is within an office setting; no adverse conditions are associated with this position.
Limited business travel required, less than 10% dependent on project needs.
Employees will be exposed to common food allergens.
Terms of Contract
This is a temporary 1099 contracted position and as such is not an employee of Bob's Red Mill. The individual selected will sign a temporary contract for the role and need to submit a weekly invoice of the hours worked within the agreed upon parameters outlined in the contract. Any necessary equipment will be provided to the individual, including but not limited to a laptop, headphones, keyboard, mouse, etc.
