Job Description
TThe Campaign Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of social media campaigns. They ensure campaigns are optimized to meet client goals while building strong relationships by establishing clear lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the set-up and launch of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat andothers, ensuring accurate budgeting, flighting, targeting and creative implementation.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of key channel platforms and tools through mastery of daily tasks, ensuringefficient execution and optimization of campaigns. Proficient in implementing optimization strategies that enhancecampaign performance, including bid adjustments, audience targeting and ad creative testing.

Lead QA processes for campaigns, including audience parameters and creative delivery, to mitigate errors andensure campaigns are running smoothly. Ensure adherence to best practices, accuracy, and high-quality executionacross all paid social campaigns.

Actively manage and optimize campaigns toward stated KPI goals, making adjustments to bids, targeting andcreative elements to improve performance.

Manage campaign budgets and ensure proper pacing in line with client objectives and agreed-upon strategies.

Analyze paid social performance data, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign strategies. Prepare andpresent reports on performance trends, optimization opportunities, and key metrics for future planning.

Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance,strategic adjustments, and project timelines. Respond to client requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Ensure on-time delivery of client projects and campaign launches, alongside proactive communication with allinternal and external teams.

Takes collective responsibility for the success of campaigns, working closely with teammates to ensure goals aremet and challenges are addressed collaboratively.

Stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance campaignstrategies and execution.

Is flexible and adaptable to the needs of the team, stepping in where needed and adjusting to the dynamic natureof campaign work.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business, marketing or advertising preferred but not required

1 + years of experience in performance marketing; client side or agency side preferred

Proficient understanding of performance marketing concepts

Knowledge and hands-on experience using paid social platforms

High competency level in Microsoft Office with specific strengths in Excel and Powerpoint

Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to clients and team members

Demonstrated problem solving, organization and project management skills

Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks

Strong attention to detail and the ability to move at an agile pace

Compensation Range: $50,065 - $73,944 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
