The Product Manager serves as the primary owner and advocate for their products, applying a strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations to inform decisions and priorities. This role will work with cross‑functional partners across Operations, Digital Platform, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to deliver product enhancements, optimize performance, and achieve measurable business and customer outcomes. While operating within broader portfolio direction established by the Product leadership, the Product Manager is expected to independently drive results and exercise sound judgment across a focused set of products.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Own the product roadmap for assigned consumer products, translating established product vision, strategy, and portfolio priorities into actionable plans and initiatives. Develop and maintain roadmaps that reflect customer needs, business objectives, performance insights, and regulatory requirements. Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive benchmarking. Propose product enhancements and investment tradeoffs.
Financial Ownership
Own product-level P&L, including pricing execution and profitability outcomes. Monitor financial performance, develop analyses and business cases, and propose pricing adjustments.
Product Performance & Optimization
Monitor and analyze product performance, identify trends and opportunities, and lead execution of optimization initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Support audits, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Lead execution across Operations, Digital Platform, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Service.

Additional Duties
Acquisition: Execute acquisition initiatives and analyze performance.
Engagement: Monitor usage and drive feature adoption.
Retention: Analyze attrition and support retention initiatives.
Profitability: Monitor pricing effectiveness and propose improvements.
Reporting: Maintain reporting and communicate performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
2-4 years of experience in product management or related roles.
Experience managing products end-to-end.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work across teams and influence without authority.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consumer banking or related products.
Understanding of product lifecycle management in regulated environments.
Experience with digital or technology teams.
MBA or advanced degree.
Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies.
