Marketing Content Creator

We are looking for a Marketing Content Creator who can bring ideas to life, stay aligned with our brand, and help move the business forward.

Responsibilities

Create video, social posts, blogs, in‑branch materials, and digital content that clearly and consistently reflects the Atlantic brand.

Develop content ideas and follow through on execution to support campaigns and day‑to‑day marketing needs.

Manage social media posting, engagement, and consistency, using data to monitor performance and adjust strategies over time.

Shift between creative tasks and executional activities as needed, including capturing or editing content, writing, reviewing data, and planning upcoming work.

Apply trends in a way that aligns with the Atlantic brand and improve content continually based on performance reviews.

Use tools, including AI, to enhance efficiency and quality of content.

Identify ways to streamline workflows and improve how work gets done.

Support marketing efforts such as promotions, updates, recaps, and campaign execution.

Assist with financial education programming and scholarship coordination.

Qualifications

1‑3 years of marketing content experience.

Strong video creation and editing skills.

Experience managing or growing social media accounts.

Comfortable learning and using new tools and technologies.

Ability to take ownership of work and follow through.

Initiative without waiting for direction.

Balance creativity with execution.

Strong organization across multiple projects.

Understanding of what content fits the brand and what does not.

Open to feedback and using it to improve work.

Ability to bring forward ideas and complete them.
