What You Will Do
We’re looking for an AI-native Web/UX/Graphic Designer who owns how Synera shows up across the web: from the first ad impression to the demo request.
Turn value stories into visitor journeys that generate leads. You work closely with product marketing and content to understand our buyer personas and what matters to them: from hands‑on simulation engineers up to CEOs. Then you translate those value stories into visual narratives and map the journeys that guide each audience from first touch to demo request.
Landing pages, campaign visuals, infographics, interactive content: you design the full path, not just individual assets.
You think in funnels, iterate based on data (heatmaps, analytics, A/B tests), and measure what actually converts.
Own the website
Primary owner of the Synera website’s design. New pages, redesigns, layout optimisations and design system: It runs through you.
For larger implementations we work with a dedicated Webflow developer, but you should be comfortable making changes yourself – updating content, spinning up landing pages from existing patterns, or tweaking layouts.
You maintain and extend the website design system to keep things consistent as the site grows.
Scale output through AI workflows
Build repeatable, automated design workflows using tools like n8n, Claude, Nano Banana or other suitable solutions, to scale asset production, templatise recurring formats, and free up time for work that requires a human eye.
Document these workflows so the team can use them too.
Create assets across every marketing channel
Design social posts, email headers, event collateral, trade show materials, one‑pagers, whitepapers, ads, and other campaign assets for web, social, email, and print.
Collaborate within the design team
Work closely with Synera’s brand/graphic designer and motion designer to coordinate on brand evolution, design system, and shared asset libraries.
Own web and social; brand designer owns brand and asset production; motion designer owns animation and video.
In the first 6 months
Own the website end‑to‑end and ship visitor journeys for at least two target personas with measurable lead generation impact.
Document and integrate your AI workflows into the team's standard process.
By 12 months
Website visitor journeys are data‑driven and continuously optimised.
Demonstrably scale the team’s design output through AI automation and templatisation.
Independently manage web and social design for full campaigns end‑to‑end.

What You Need to Succeed
Resonate with Synera’s Core Values.
5+ years of hands‑on experience in B2B web design, landing pages, and marketing asset creation.
Proven experience designing for lead generation and conversion – you understand what drives action, not just what looks good.

Track record of building repeatable AI‑powered workflows – n8n pipelines, LLM‑based content‑to‑design workflows, batch processing, templated generation chains.
Understanding of responsive web design principles and implementable layouts.

UX thinking: map user journeys, structure information hierarchy, design for specific audience segments.

Comfortable working in Webflow – landing pages, content updates, layout tweaks without needing a developer.
Strong English skills for an international business environment.
Bonus – Cherry on Top
Front‑end coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to prototype or implement without developer dependency.
