Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator located in Bloomington, MN. The Inside Sales Coordinator will manage daily customer interactions, process sales orders, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient support and clear communication. The role includes working closely with the sales team and customers to resolve any queries, provide product information, and maintain accurate sales records. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to meet sales quotas, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Inside Sales and Order Processing

Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills

Effective verbal and written Communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Previous experience in a retail or fitness-related industry is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
