Global Ecommerce & Growth Director

Commando is seeking a Head of Global Ecommerce & Digital Growth to own and scale its global ecommerce business from Burlington, VT. This pivotal role requires an experienced leader with 8-10+ years in ecommerce and digital leadership to drive revenue growth and optimize the digital ecosystem. You will oversee the Digital P&L, manage performance marketing strategies, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. A strong proficiency with Shopify and Klaviyo is required. The position offers a hybrid work model with a competitive salary between $130k and $180k.
