This position supports the delivery of accelerator and spinout programming, coordinates venture studio data and deal flow, and ensures a high-quality experience for founders, mentors, and partners. Working closely with the Manager, Venture Studio Services, this role focuses on coordination, data integrity, and day-to-day client and program support.WHAT YOU'LL DOVenture Studio SupportSupport Peninsula engagement efforts, including member onboarding, in partnership with Manager, Community Engagement.Support the delivery of Rev1's bootcamp and venture studio programming, including application cycles, and cohort logistics.Help to coordinate accelerator programming logistics including scheduling sessions, coordinating speakers and panelists, supporting Vetted Services Partners (VSPs), and ensuring smooth execution of working sessions (space setup, materials, food, etc.).Coordinates operational support for weekly working sessions and select programming components as needed.Data, Metrics & ReportingTrack venture studio deal flow data within Salesforce (SF), ensuring applications, leads, and client records are accurate, complete, and up to date.Support preparation of client milestone and progress reports for leadership review in partnership with the Manager, Venture Studio Services.Help ensure data integrity across systems to support evaluation of program effectiveness and client success.Collaboration & Special ProjectsCollaborate closely with the Manager, Venture Studio Services and other Venture Services team members to support strategic initiatives.Assist with special projects, events, and communications related to Rev1's Startup Studio and Venture Studio programs, as needed.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other relevant field.2+ years' experience supporting high-impact programs, and/or entrepreneur support organization.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughData-driven and comfortable managing CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred), tracking data and reporting on program outcomes.Able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communicator who is comfortable working with founders, mentors, and internal stakeholdersComfort working on a diverse team: we believe that gender, racial, ethnic, and cultural diversity are key elements in startup success, and we foster this belief on our own team as well.An entrepreneurial mindset with the willingness to roll up your sleeves, learn new things and contribute where and when needed.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUExperience and connections into the Columbus region's entrepreneur and innovation ecosystem.Competitive compensation package comprising a base salary plus performance-based bonusCollaborative work environmentAccess to the hottest tech startups and trendsGenerous paid time off401(k) matchingHealth, dental, vision benefitsSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, primarily on-site role (Monday - Friday, 7:45am - 3:45pm) at The Peninsula, with the flexibility to support programming at Rev1 Labs as well as the occasional evening, or weekend event as part of our community-building effortsLocation: Rev1 Ventures - 330 Rush Alley, Columbus, OhioAs an equal opportunity employer, Rev1 Ventures does not discriminate in hiring or terms and conditions of employment because of an individual's race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, or marital status.To apply, please send your resume to careers@.
