Rootshell Enterprise Technologies Inc. is a recognized provider of professional IT Consulting services in the US. We are actively seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner for one of our clients.
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Long Term
Requirements:
Not a ServiceNow Developer or Admin
At least 5 years as Service ITSM modules as BA/PO or Scrum master
CMDB and asset management
ITIL v3 certification MUST
A certified ServiceNow admin - MUST
Requires experience working in agile methodology - MUST
JIRA - maintaining the backlogs on a daily basis - MUST
Meetings will be in different time zones - flexibility in terms of working required
Time to be remote - post COVID to work from Dallas office
BA with a lot of Service experience
NO SALESFORCE, no ERP - truly ServiceNow experience only
Process re-engineering background MUST
Part of a project where multiple implementations in ServiceNow would be a great plus
