Role: ServiceNow Product Owner

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: Long Term

Someone with Lot of servicenow exp as a Product Owner or Scrum Master

Not a Servicenow Developer or Admin
At least 5 years as Service ITSM modules as BA/ PO or Scrum master
CMDB and asset management
certification- Must ITIL v3 certification MUST
A certified servicenow admin - MUST
Requires exp working in agile methodology- MUST
JIRA- maintaining the backlogs on daily basis- MUST
Meetings will be in diff time zones- flexibility in terms of working required
Time bring remote- post covid to work from dalas office
BA with lot of Service exp
NO SALESFORCE no ERP- Truly servicenow experience only
Process re-engineering Background MUST
Part of a project where Multiple implementations in servicenow would be a great plus
