Account Executive

A growing healthcare diagnostics organization is seeking a Women's Health Account Executive to support expansion within the Colorado market. This field-based role focuses on educating OB-GYN practices and women's health providers on diagnostic offerings, driving new business, and supporting existing accounts. The position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage a territory with autonomy and strategic focus.
Essential Functions

Manage and grow a geographic territory of women's health accounts
Conduct outreach and education for OB-GYN and related providers
Present and upsell diagnostic services
Plan and organize daily appointment schedules for new and existing customers
Provide ongoing support including office setup, billing coordination, and issue resolution
Document all client interactions and activities in CRM
Monitor industry and market trends to guide sales strategy
Submit weekly activity reports and territory updates
Partner with internal teams to resolve service-related concerns
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of diagnostic services and relevant materials

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred (Science, Business, Marketing, or related field)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
45 years of healthcare sales experience preferred
Experience in laboratory diagnostics strongly preferred
Prior sales experience calling on OB-GYN or women's health practices required
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
CRM proficiency and strong computer literacy
