You will be the engine of expansion of Teya in your area, with total ownership of your territory: you will identify opportunities, open market, and convert local businesses into customers.
You will not receive leads: you will create, develop, and close them.
You will be on the street connecting with businesses, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that directly impact their billing, competing and winning against traditional banking.
Connect and create networks: Get close to local small and medium-sized businesses, establish trust relationships, and expand your network of contacts.
Bring Teya to the streets: Visit potential clients, present our payment solutions, and convert opportunities into new customers.
Identify opportunities: Detect businesses with potential, generate your own leads, and contribute to the growth of the Teya ecosystem.
Grow sales: Transmit the value of Teya, offer solutions that boost businesses, and generate lasting positive experiences.
Accompany and follow up: Use our tools and CRM to manage clients and ensure a smooth and constant experience.
Collaborate as a team: Share knowledge, support your colleagues, and take responsibility for your results.
Learn and evolve: Stay up to date on the sector, competition, and technology to help Teya (and yourself) grow.

Requirements:
Ability to build strong relationships with local businesses
Motivation to achieve and exceed goals
Excellent communication skills, active listening, and empathy
Organized person, with attention to detail and proactive attitude
Curiosity about technology and digital products
Fluent in Spanish and intermediate in English
What we offer:
Salary: Starting at 27,000

fixed + 18,000

variable (no limit)

potential OTE of up to 45,000+, according to performance.
