Generating demand for the assigned products in its territory and therapeutic class for the achievement of sales objectives, through scientific medical visits to primary care physicians and specialists; government institutions; private and public hospitals; key clients with basic, private, and decentralized profiles; distributors; and pharmacies.
Ensuring the availability of the products under its responsibility, developing a good network of internal and external collaboration, including medical leaders of opinion and medical societies. Maintaining continuous training of sales techniques and scientific knowledge. Analysis of the market situation (DDD, Close-Up, inventories, etc.) for the development of focused and efficient strategies and tactics, and thus capitalizing on the resources in its territory (EMC investment, medical samples, promotional materials, etc.) in an ethical manner and in compliance with policies. Participation and proactivity in its district and with local teams, marketing, medical, and commercial.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
Generating demand for medicines, mainly with highly prescriptive first-contact physicians and specialists.
Broad scientific, product, and competitive knowledge. Knowledge of clinical studies. Easily transmits the different characteristics of pathology and treatment alternatives in the different therapeutic areas, offering effective and safe treatment alternatives.
Ensures the availability of our products, through visits to pharmacies, follow-up on commercial strategies and value-added programs. Verifies the existence and distribution of different SKUs at the point of sale of national/regional/local chains in synergy with commercial. Follow-up on contract advances in government institutions and with decentralized and private basic profiles in synergy with KAMs.
Develops a good relationship with external clients, leaders of opinion, medical societies, hospitals, and pharmacies. Works closely with hospital residents and visits specialist physicians through a differentiated service.
Establishes networks of collaboration with marketing, medical, and commercial to capitalize on synergies and work together.
Increases market participation and meets sales objectives, meets productivity metrics: medical visits, pharmacies, daily visit average. Efficiently and rapidly executes its EMC resource and activities scheduled by marketing with target physicians.
Capitalizes on market opportunities and goes in search of new businesses, having a broad knowledge of marketing strategies with efficient execution in the field. Effectively communicates to physicians the commercial strategies with the benefits provided to the patient. Analysis of its territory and execution of its tactical plan, making timely and proactive decisions, with constant communication.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Education: Bachelor's degree (graduated) in health areas, business administration, or marketing.
Language: English desirable
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Office package.
Behavioral Skills:
Advanced technical sales skills.

Schedule: Full time, 100% in the field.
Travel availability: High.
