Commercial Account Executive

Maverick Drone Systems is growing and looking for adaptable, curious, and driven individuals ready to make an impact in unmanned technology. We specialize in air, land, and sea robotics, providing enterprise drones, sensors, and training for public safety, agriculture, surveying, inspection, and industrial use.
Our team is hands-on, innovative, and focused on delivering reliable equipment, practical solutions, and real support. We take a straightforward, problem-solving approach and equip our customers with the tools and knowledge to operate safely, efficiently, and with confidence.
Responsibilities

Generate, qualify, and manage leads through inbound and outbound outreach
Build strong relationships with clients to establish trust, understand their needs, and ensure long-term satisfaction
Conduct virtual and in-person demos showcasing drones, robotics, and tech solutions
Track and maintain client interactions
Create quotes, proposals, and follow-ups with precision and personality
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and outreach
Travel as needed for trade shows, training events, or client demos (sometimes on short notice)
Be comfortable on camera for product videos, marketing content, or social media features
Maintain professionalism and discretion when working with private or sensitive clients
Stay current on new technology and product developments
Qualifications

13 years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred (tech or equipment industries a plus)
Must hold or have plans to obtain a valid passport or Real ID for travel purposes
A current Part 107 Remote Pilot License is now a requirement
Familiarity with Shopify, HubSpot, or similar tools (training provided)
Passion or background in drones, robotics, or related fields
Excellent verbal communication, confidence, and adaptability
Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Must be comfortable with both inside and outside sales roles
Willingness to travel by car or plane 15 times per year for customer training or events
