Admissions Representative

East West College of the Healing Arts, a premier massage therapy education institution in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Admissions Representative to join our team in either a full-time or part-time capacity. This role serves as the primary liaison between prospective students and our college, guiding individuals through their journey toward a career in massage therapy.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive information about massage therapy as a profession and East West College's educational programs through multiple channels including in-person meetings, phone calls, virtual meetings, and email correspondence
Conduct engaging campus tours that showcase our facilities and learning environment
Participate in both on-campus and off-campus informational events to promote the college and its programs
Admissions Process Management

Interview prospective students to assess their goals, readiness, and fit for the program
Guide qualified candidates through the enrollment process from initial inquiry to program registration
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the admissions cycle using computerized student information systems
Values & Culture Champion

Consistently demonstrate and uphold the college's core values of integrity, clear communication, and commitment to diversity
Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for prospective students from all backgrounds
Support the college's mission as an open and safe space for individuals of all gender identities, sexual orientations, races, colors, religions, creeds, national origins, ancestries, ages, veteran statuses, and disabilities
Required Qualifications

Essential Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
Superior organizational, information management, and time management capabilities
Proficiency with computerized student information systems (SIS)
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in educational admissions or student recruitment
Background or experience in massage therapy and bodywork
Familiarity with career services or student counseling
