Compensation: $47K-$55K + bonus opportunity + benefits

What you'll do:
- Lead day-to-day execution of integrated PR and marketing programs
- Write and edit high-impact content (media pitches, press releases, digital/social, executive comms)
- Manage multiple projects end-to-end with strong ownership and prioritization
- Support media relations strategy, build lists, and drive outreach efforts
- Track performance metrics and deliver insights that inform strategy
- Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, or marketing
- 1+ year of agency or corporate communications experience
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills (AP Style proficiency)
- Experience with media monitoring, CMS, social platforms, and analytics tools
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive, strategic mindset with strong client service instincts
- Work on purpose-driven campaigns that blend PR, marketing, and corporate citizenship
