Job Summary
The

AG/OTR SALES MANAGER

works under the direction of the Vice President of Sales; responsible for growing the AG & OTR tire sales for K&M Tire; extensive knowledge of the product and customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Increase AG & OTR tire sales at all locations to produce maximum GP.

Work with and provide training and assistance to our dealers, coordinate efforts between customers and Outside Sales Reps.

Promote a team environment.

Responsible for managing and resolving conflict in the work environment by using the company values as a guide.

Work closely with the sales and management team.

Supervise AG Sales Specialists.

Daily Duties

Responsible for growing the agricultural and OTR tire sales while maintaining a high level of GP.

Maintain current customers and help secure new commercial customers for our dealers.

Must be knowledgeable of products and programs K&M has to offer on AG & OTR tires.

Assist in getting slow moving AG & OTR tire inventory sold.

Call on end users and performance fleet and farm inspections.

Attend AG shows and county fairs.

Assure that competent, good quality work is being done

Present a clean, neat, professional appearance.

Make it easy and convenient to do business with K&M Tire.

Be positive and react to teammates wishes. Show concern for their problems and handle accordingly.

Anything else needed to help obtain the goals of K&M Tire.

Ag/OTR Product Knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications
4 Year College Degree or Equivalent Work Experience

Five years of sales experience
