Forza is an industrial adhesives, sealants, and tapes manufacturer based in Council Bluffs, Iowa, currently in a high-growth phase. This role is central to that growth.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven B2B marketing role — not a coordinator position. You will own our content engine, drive demand generation campaigns, and directly support sales pipeline growth across distribution and key accounts.
What You’ll Own Plan and execute integrated B2B demand generation campaigns (social, email, web)
Own content strategy and production (social, blog, SEO, email)
Manage and grow social media presence and engagement
Support product launches with campaign assets and go-to-market execution
Create marketing materials using design tools and AI (in collaboration with Lead Designer)
Partner closely with Sales to drive targeted outreach and lead generation
Track, analyze, and report on performance with clear, actionable insights
What Success Looks Like Increased marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and pipeline contribution
Growth in target audience engagement across channels
Measurable SEO and organic traffic improvements
What We’re Looking For B2B marketing experience with a strong understanding of demand generation
Proven ability to execute campaigns end-to-end (not just plan them)
Strong writing skills — clear, compelling, and conversion-focused
Experience with design tools (Adobe, Canva) and visual content creation
Experience using AI tools to improve marketing output and efficiency
Analytical mindset — able to connect marketing activity to business results
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Creative teams
Core Skills & Competencies Content creation across social, email, and web
Marketing & AI tech stack (CRM/email tools, analytics, Chat GPT, Claude, social platforms)
Performance tracking and campaign optimization
Project management and execution discipline
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Adaptability in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Experience in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc. in making or editing content for social posts, or sell sheets.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of professional marketing experience
Experience with digital marketing tools (analytics, email, social platforms)
Familiarity with content publishing workflows (web/blog)
Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Monday, etc.)
Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows
